Provide Tier 2 technical support for Stem's hardware and SaaS products via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot issues, document interactions, escalate complex cases to engineering, coordinate installations, and identify process improvements while collaborating with internal teams and vendor partners.

Serve as primary customer-facing account manager for developer partners, driving onboarding, performance monitoring, relationship management, and commercial delivery. Collaborate with Programs, Data, Finance, and Operations to improve portfolio performance, present metrics, troubleshoot issues, and identify expansion opportunities while shaping Customer Operations processes.
