Oversees multiple projects, staffing, priorities, schedules, technical and operational performance, client relationships, business development, recruiting, employee development, compensation reviews, and succession planning. Requires extensive tolling agency and industry experience, strong leadership, and at least 12 years of relevant experience with supervisory responsibility.
