The Director of Human Resources partners with leadership to drive talent strategy, oversee HR activities, improve culture, and ensure compliance across the CES region.

Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy for assigned customer(s) across North America. Drive inventory velocity, supplier programs (VMI), procurement initiatives, quoting material requirements, negotiations, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Support processing customer-provided BOMs, CAD and Gerber files, author basic assembly instructions, perform simple PCB/CAD edits, assist machine setup (SMT, AOI, X-ray), maintain documentation integrity, and escalate issues to senior staff.
