Own the high-volume PAYGO support queue, helping customers with onboarding, search quality, billing, errors, integrations, and API bugs. Reproduce issues, debug customer code, provide clear fixes, triage production problems, and escalate effectively to Engineering, Product, or Support leadership. Identify potential enterprise accounts, improve documentation and AI support workflows, and surface recurring product feedback. The role is remote in the US and supports developer-focused customers.
