Lead multiple global engineering teams to deliver cloud-native SaaS products. Set technical strategy, drive DevOps/CI/CD practices, recruit and mentor leaders, align engineering with product and business goals, and manage budgets and KPIs.

Manage and grow an assigned book of global enterprise accounts across FoodChain ID's portfolio. Drive renewals, expansion, cross-sell and upsell, generate referral pipeline, create global account plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain Salesforce records, and serve as primary commercial liaison for large food and beverage customers.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Oracle PLM and FoodChain ID implementations. Own governance, scope, schedules, budgets, forecasting, risk mitigation, and executive stakeholder communications. Direct cross-functional consulting teams, mentor project managers, ensure PMO compliance, and support sales/account growth. Travel up to 30%.
