Drive profitable sales within a defined Colorado territory by developing and servicing customers, managing key accounts, executing territory plans, training customers, maintaining CRM and customer databases, and coordinating with inside sales and operations.

Create and maintain production schedules, work orders, and material pick lists. Coordinate with Sales, Materials, Production, Quality, and Shipping to align capacity, forecast demand, and expedite orders. Monitor shop-floor status, flag delays, reschedule for shortages or breakdowns, and maintain delivery schedules. Use JobBOSS/ERP reports and support PPAP release as needed while working on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery.

Deliver and assess operations training for new hires and temps in classroom and at workstations; develop training materials and feedback mechanisms; partner with supervisors to meet training needs and track training effectiveness.

The Quality Engineer will monitor quality metrics, facilitate root cause analysis, and manage Continuous Improvement projects across branches.
