Conduct inside telephone and email sales for data communication and electrical products. Process quotes, orders, proposals, and customer inquiries; recommend products and substitutions; prospect for new accounts; manage customer relationships; support outside sales; resolve issues; monitor open orders and delivery risks; research market and competitor information; and maintain product knowledge through training and vendor resources.
