Assist with enrollment, departure preparation, and on-tour needs; resolve customer issues; maintain accounts; coordinate with sales and operations teams across time zones; and support regional sales strategies. The role requires extensive daily customer interaction, multitasking, conflict resolution, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
