Leads strategic financial planning and capital budgeting for a healthcare organization. Oversees capital project accounting, budget-to-actual tracking, asset capitalization, depreciation, leases, tax compliance, debt financing, bond proceeds, and construction project funding. Advises executives and project leaders, coordinates annual capital budgets, monitors regulatory compliance, and supports financing arrangements and capital investment decisions.

Provides administrative and office support for departments and leadership. Responsibilities include coordinating correspondence, reconciling budgets, processing invoices and purchase orders, maintaining policies and office supplies, scheduling meetings and travel, supporting payroll and leave reporting, managing calendars, and assisting employees with forms and updates. Oversees accounting staff, delegates work, trains personnel, coordinates month-end processes, develops financial reports, and supports quality improvement initiatives.

Designs, implements, and optimizes Workday architecture and enterprise solutions. Provides strategic consultation, specifies complex system designs, oversees integration and change management, mentors teams, leads impact analysis, and supports implementations including travel and on-call responsibilities.
