The ServiceNow Developer will facilitate the design and enhancements of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance with internal controls while leading automation efforts across global operations.

The Director of Value Chain Process Engineering is responsible for designing, optimizing, and governing mission-critical processes and leading process improvement initiatives across the organization.

Collaborate with Design Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, and Site Operations to track issues to closure, support acceptance testing, and carry operator requirements into construction and turnover. Capture lessons learned and contribute to standards, checklists, and operational readiness. Travel up to 40% across North America.

Lead electrical engineering for global data center platform: define standards, integrate energy storage and generation (BESS, distributed generation), guide product development, ensure design quality and handoff, perform power system studies (load, short-circuit, arc flash, distribution, photometrics), and collaborate with operations and regional teams to implement and improve designs.

Lead design and evolution of enterprise solutions across Microsoft and Salesforce platforms. Define architectures, standards, and governance; design integrations (APIs, middleware, event-driven models); guide build vs buy decisions; oversee implementation alignment, identify technical debt and modernization opportunities, and collaborate with business, infrastructure, security, and data teams to ensure scalable, secure, enterprise-grade solutions.

Lead North America development strategy by translating market intelligence and customer signals into decision-ready recommendations. Support enterprise deal execution, commercial structuring, governance, contract review, reporting, and tooling adoption. Produce executive materials, enable cross-functional stakeholders, maintain portfolio visibility, and guide capital allocation and leasing decisions while driving process improvement and data integrity across commercial systems.

Provide operator-focused electrical design assurance for data center builds and expansions across North America. Review design packages, submittals, and commissioning plans for operability, maintainability, safety, and reliability; drive comments to closure; support commissioning, energization, turnover, and lessons learned to inform standards and operational readiness.
