Build, operate, and scale governed data pipelines and curated lakehouse datasets on Azure to support analytics, operational intelligence, and AI-enabled use cases. Deliver production-ready PySpark/SQL transformations, manage pipeline monitoring and performance, document lineage and business rules, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure, governed, and reusable data products.

The Director of Value Chain Process Engineering is responsible for designing, optimizing, and governing mission-critical processes and leading process improvement initiatives across the organization.

Build and lead a global reliability and technical assurance function for Vantage's data center fleet. Define fleetwide reliability baselines and risk models, perform technical inspections across electrical, mechanical, controls and commissioning, drive corrective actions and closed-loop learning, establish standards, executive reporting, and scale a central assurance team.

Lead global category strategy for modular and prefabricated data center infrastructure. Manage sourcing, RFx, supplier selection, contracts, capacity, quality (FAT/SAT), and cross-functional alignment to optimize cost, schedule, and lifecycle performance.

Lead global HR technology product strategy and roadmap, owning Workday and a new HR Service Delivery platform.
