Lead Vantage’s global equity and private-company long-term incentive programs, including grants, vesting, transactions, executive awards, governance, controls, reporting, systems, and vendor management. Partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Payroll, HR, and external advisors on accounting, valuation, tax, audits, and corporate transactions. Build scalable processes, improve employee communications, and ensure accurate, compliant administration of confidential equity programs worldwide.

Lead design and governance of the company's sustainability data ecosystem. Translates operational priorities into scalable data products, analytics, automation, and AI capabilities; aligns with enterprise data and technology teams; establishes governance, quality, security, and lifecycle practices; manages partners and vendors; and drives adoption, measurable business value, and continuous improvement.

Leads strategic and business operations for North American Operational Excellence, connecting strategy to execution across capabilities, products, roadmaps, governance, resources, and cross-functional commitments. Partners with executives to manage operating rhythms, portfolio decisions, financial and vendor visibility, workforce capacity, and strategic initiatives. Develops executive materials, facilitates decision-making, drives accountability, improves processes, and governs standards, tools, communications, and documentation. Requires strong analytical, financial, communication, stakeholder-management, and continuous-improvement skills.

Leads adoption and enablement workstreams for large-scale operational, technology, AI-enabled, and process transformation initiatives. Develops readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, reinforcement, and sustainment plans; translates changes into role-based guidance; coordinates cross-functional contributors; monitors adoption and readiness metrics; and coaches leaders, project teams, and change champions across North American operations.

Establishes and operates North America Operations’ data-governance framework, including ownership, stewardship, quality, metadata, lineage, definitions, and AI governance. Partners with business, data, technology, risk, and compliance teams to resolve data issues, automate controls, improve trust, and embed governance into data products, analytics, and AI solutions. Develops playbooks, training, metrics, and continuous-improvement processes while driving accountability across functions.

Administer U.S. and Canadian employee benefits and leave programs, including enrollments, audits, vendor coordination, compliance, reporting, and employee support. Manage leave cases from intake through return to work while ensuring accurate documentation, payroll impacts, accommodations, and regulatory adherence. Support open enrollment, benefits communications, audits, process improvements, and coordination with carriers, brokers, third-party administrators, and internal payroll teams.

Manage the global EHS Adoption & Enablement portfolio by translating strategy into roadmaps, work plans, milestones, dashboards, and executive reporting. Coordinate cross-functional workstream owners, dependencies, risks, resources, and accountability across concurrent initiatives. Administer and optimize ClickUp through templates, automations, workflows, and reporting structures. Partner with leadership and business teams on transformation, change management, stakeholder engagement, and execution readiness. The role is remote or based at designated U.S. locations and requires up to 5% travel.
