Support JDA/Blue Yonder WMS, configure systems for customer implementations, test new code, and collaborate with teams for operational improvements.

Responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships in an assigned territory, meeting and exceeding sales quotas via direct sales, account management, pipeline reporting, quotes/bidding, and product demonstrations (phone/webinars). Supports customer service issues, manages pricing accuracy, and collaborates with internal teams to retain and grow revenue while learning Owens & Minor products and competitive landscape.

Lead supplier and supply-chain partner relationships to identify profit-enhancement opportunities, manage freight and operational programs (backhauls, truckload, factory-direct), perform cost-to-serve analytics, track supplier performance versus targets, act as primary operational contact for suppliers over $1M, develop mitigation strategies for disruptions, and manage vendor appeal processes.
