Installs, configures, tests, monitors, and troubleshoots client systems, including Cisco collaboration platforms, voice gateways, SBCs, Webex services, VoIP, and IP telephony. Investigates incidents, identifies root causes, maintains service records, coordinates with clients and vendors, escalates complex issues, and supports SLA compliance and service continuity.
