As a Senior Curam Technical Consultant, you will deliver project implementations, create technical designs, resolve issues, and establish client partnerships. You will also develop and maintain Curam extensions and configurations within a JEE environment, ensuring successful delivery of social service solutions.

Manage and grow strategic pharmaceutical and biotechnology accounts by driving renewals, expansion revenue, adoption of MarketScan data and SaaS solutions, and long-term customer retention. Develop account plans, engage executive and cross-functional stakeholders, identify new use cases, lead strategic reviews, and navigate procurement, legal, privacy, compliance, and data-governance processes. Partner with product, analytics, research, delivery, and customer success teams to address client needs. Travel may reach 30%.

Implement and govern Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric by defining access controls, approval workflows, ServiceNow catalogues, and security compliance. Translate platform capabilities into auditable, ticket-driven services, troubleshoot agent and licensing issues, coordinate with security and Microsoft support, and maintain governance documentation, tracking, and production-readiness activities.

Lead enterprise architecture for cloud migration to Azure, modernize data platforms (Spark, Databricks, Snowflake), integrate AI/ML, drive cloud-native patterns and DevOps, enforce governance and compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST), and provide architectural leadership within Agile/SAFe teams.

Deliver and support Curam implementations: lead technical workshops, produce functional/technical designs and prototypes, develop and unit test Curam extensions in a J2EE environment, configure application servers and integrations, use Eclipse, and support system operations and troubleshooting.

Lead enterprise procurement for a U.S.-based enterprise software company: own sourcing strategy, supplier negotiations, contracting, supplier performance, and SRM across cloud/SaaS, professional services, and contingent labor. Manage and develop a team of four buyers, partner with cross-functional budget owners, mature P2P and procurement processes, enable procurement systems (ERP/CLM/VMS), and deliver executive reporting on savings, risk, and compliance aligned to healthcare IT requirements.

Design and implement production-ready agentic automation workflows using modern AI agent frameworks. Partner with business owners and IT to scope opportunities, build solutions, ensure security and compliance, and deliver documentation, training, and handoff for operational adoption. Contribute reusable patterns and stay current on AI automation tools and governance.
