The Claims Legal Counsel will independently manage a case load of accident benefits litigation files, drafting legal documents, attending arbitrations, and ensuring effective resolution of claims while supporting team growth and client satisfaction.

The Advisor will develop and evaluate sponsorship strategies, manage partnerships, analyze performance using data, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
