The Support Specialist III performs administrative tasks, manages records, communicates with staff, and maintains office supplies in a pediatric setting.

Lead and mentor data science projects using Epic/Cogito and SQL-based tools. Gather requirements, extract and model data, perform statistical analyses, build visualizations and reports, manage stakeholders and project workflows, and standardize team practices and data architecture.

Manage pre- and post-award grant administration for clinical research: develop and review budgets and proposals, ensure sponsor and federal compliance (2 CFR 200, 45 CFR Part 75), reconcile financials, prepare reports, guide staff, lead process improvements, and support onboarding and stakeholder communications.
