Responsible for firm-wide tax compliance, reporting, and regulatory filings across federal, state, and local jurisdictions. Duties include supporting partnership tax returns and Schedule K-1s, preparing local tax returns, reconciling accounts, monitoring deadlines and tax law changes, responding to tax notices and audits, assisting with partner communications, and preparing tax projections and analyses.

The Senior Fund Formation Paralegal provides support for fund formation activities, prepares legal documents, conducts due diligence, and ensures compliance for venture fund clients.

Review, analyze, and clear conflicts for incoming matters and hires. Prepare search terms and conflicts reports, perform corporate and ethics research, draft waivers and screens, communicate with attorneys, and maintain resolution documentation.

Monitor and apply ABA and jurisdictional ethical rules, draft screens and waivers, research corporate affiliations, administer engagement terms, and work with attorneys and conflicts staff to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
