Senior HR executive partner for North America driving workforce strategy, org design, leadership capability, change management, compliance, and People & Culture service delivery. Partners with the executive team and Global P&C Council to translate business strategy into people priorities and coach regional HR leaders.

Provide litigation, compliance, and legal operations support including contract lifecycle management, corporate records and regulatory filings, legal research and drafting, reporting and metrics, and process improvement/automation using legal technology and AI. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support governance, compliance training, and contract administration in a hybrid office role.
