The role also involves business development, client onboarding, documentation, compliance, and maintaining knowledge of investments, tax considerations, and planning strategies.

Lead and manage the Risk Management AE team while maintaining a book of large, complex commercial insurance accounts. Coordinate brokerage, risk control, claims, and renewals; analyze claims and financial data; prepare and present renewal submissions and client presentations; identify expansion opportunities; oversee implementation and documentation accuracy; supervise support staff and manage team goals and training.

Lead a Power & Renewables service team managing insurance placements for energy clients. Handle renewals, client presentations, marketing submissions, quote analysis, program structure data analysis, policy implementation, and document accuracy. Supervise support staff and participate in prospect meetings to secure and service a defined book of business.

Serve private equity firms and portfolio companies advising on human capital risk.
