Manage renewals, new business, and expansions for small EdTech customers. Drive inbound/outbound sales, present product solutions, build segmented sales plans, leverage CRM and automation, analyze inquiry trends, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain product and sales methodology knowledge.

Build and lead a sales enablement function: elicit and codify sales motions, design and deliver rep training, create measurement frameworks tied to revenue and field adherence, run recurring performance cadence with sales leadership, and hire/coach a small enablement team to improve quota attainment.

Lead product strategy and execution for the Reach assessment platform from pre-build through launch. Define 12–18 month roadmap and 3-year vision, translate MVP into actionable plans, run user research and discovery, lead a small product team, partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, define KPIs, pricing and GTM strategy, and manage beta/pilot programs and competitive intelligence.
