Lead BJAK's brand and visual systems for the US/UK market: build localized visual narratives, oversee creative campaigns, mentor a small multidisciplinary team, and manage workflows. Design detailed HCI interaction models for a proactive AI assistant: input methods, states, supervision, error recovery, human-in-the-loop controls, delegation and reversibility. Produce annotated specs and prototypes, test with users, and collaborate with product and ML teams to translate system constraints into reliable interaction patterns and a reusable HCI pattern library.

Support end-to-end recruiting for product, engineering, and business roles: source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS data, assist with offers, and contribute to recruiting projects and process improvements.
