Write secure, testable production code, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot performance issues, and mentor engineers. Own features end‑to‑end from design through deployment using CI/CD and DevOps practices in a distributed team.

Manage and grow relationships with channel partners (MSPs, resellers, distributors) to drive renewals, expansions, and partner-led new business. Own pipeline, forecasting, contract negotiations, and end-customer experience, coordinating with internal teams and maintaining CRM data accuracy.

Manage a portfolio of 600+ customers and pipeline across SMB, Mid-Market, and Channel segments. Drive retention, renewals, upsell/cross-sell, and revenue growth while acting as a trusted advisor. Coordinate with Customer Engineers, negotiate contracts, resolve client issues, and provide strategic recommendations based on industry trends. Prioritize multiple accounts, use CRM/data-driven practices, and occasionally travel for conferences and customer events.
