Owns analytics from raw data through recommendations, conducts market and competitive analysis, builds business cases, and leads strategic initiatives end-to-end. The role identifies efficiency and monetization opportunities, develops financial models, measures business outcomes, and supports cross-functional decision-making.

Lead AI-native creative production by turning customer insights and performance data into testable creative hypotheses. Use AI to generate, validate, and produce ad concepts; collaborate with Design, UA, Growth and Product to launch, iterate and scale creatives; analyze performance beyond CTR/CAC and continuously explore new formats and narratives.
