Build and improve application and developer infrastructure for a FedRAMP-high US environment: support US-specific hosting/on-call, enhance auth/RBAC, feature-flag tooling, CI/CD, monitoring, and developer experience while collaborating across engineering teams.

Serve as a domain expert in pre-sales, translating proposal methodology into platform workflows, building demos and PoCs, engaging enterprise proposal leaders, influencing product roadmap, and driving deal progression from qualification to close.
