Lead new business development and build a Fraud Solutions sales division. Own territory end-to-end: prospecting, qualifying, POCs, demos, negotiation, closing, onboarding, forecasting, and go-to-market playbook. Sell enterprise fraud, identity verification, and risk mitigation solutions to financial institutions and other fraud-sensitive verticals.

Lead and coordinate AI-driven product and internal efficiency initiatives. Build and review AI agents, run discovery with stakeholders, plan projects, teach AI adoption, and collaborate with engineering and design to deliver agentic workflows and client-facing features.

Build and scale marketing operations: own and rebuild HubSpot, implement AI-driven automation and personalization, ensure CRM data quality, manage campaign tracking and attribution, build segmentation and lead lifecycle, support ABM, produce dashboards and recommendations, and partner with RevOps and Sales to optimize funnel and reporting.
