Manage the full lifecycle of domestic and foreign corporate entities, including formations, registrations, filings, amendments, mergers, withdrawals, and dissolutions. Maintain audit-ready entity books and governance records, conduct internal audits, identify deficiencies, and execute remediation plans. Coordinate with Finance, Compliance, HR, Insurance, outside counsel, and service providers.
