The Senior Supplier Quality Engineer will develop supplier quality management programs, drive quality improvements, ensure compliance with regulations, and support supplier partnerships while maintaining product integrity.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network and server infrastructures across on‑prem and cloud (AWS/Azure/HCI). Administer Azure Entra and M365, virtualized environments (VMware/Hyper‑V), automate tasks with scripting, troubleshoot network/security issues, document configurations, and provide technical leadership and cross‑functional support.

Lead technical development and scale-up of chemical and hydrometallurgical processes from lab to pilot/demonstration scale. Design process systems, run process safety reviews (HAZOP, FMEA), partner across disciplines, analyze experimental data, lead commissioning/troubleshooting, mentor engineers, and improve engineering practices and documentation.

Design, specify, and support mechanical subsystems for pilot-to-commercial electrochemical iron production. Create layouts, piping details, equipment lists, and 3D models; select pumps, valves, heat exchangers, tanks, and material handling equipment; support fabrication, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, vendor reviews, and cross-functional integration while maintaining safety and documentation.

Support design, build, testing, and improvement of mechanical systems, equipment skids, and plant infrastructure. Produce CAD models and drawings, assist with equipment selection, support fabrication, commissioning, and troubleshooting, document results, and coordinate with cross-functional teams while building technical capability.

Design, build, and maintain electrical, instrumentation, and control systems for chemical iron-production processes. Lead PLC/HMI/SCADA architecture, panel design, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting. Drive integration, optimization, safety analyses (FMEA/HAZOP), documentation, and project leadership for pilot-to-commercial scale systems.
