Design, implement, and improve Monarch's leadership operating system and planning cadences. Own quarterly and annual planning mechanics, drive execution of cross-functional priorities, build documentation and artifacts to scale execution, and partner with founders and leaders to remove friction and improve decision-making.

Produce high-volume, on-brand direct-response static (and occasional static-adjacent motion) paid social creative for Meta testing sprints. Iterate from performance signals, maintain design system and organized asset libraries, and deliver polished first drafts quickly.

Lead end-to-end product discovery, prioritization, and delivery for high-leverage fintech areas (Aggregation, Core Product, or AI). Own product strategy, collaborate with engineering and design, make data-driven tradeoffs, and iterate in-market to improve reliability, clarity, and member trust.
