Provides transactional and operational logistics support for domestic and international radiopharmaceutical shipments. Prepares shipping, customs, and hazardous materials documentation; tracks shipments; coordinates with carriers, couriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, vendors, and distribution partners; reconciles invoices; maintains records; monitors delays and exceptions; and escalates critical delivery issues. Coordinates schedules with manufacturing, packaging, and customer requirements while supporting audits and accurate, timely product delivery.

Leads legal operations transformation and enablement, including legal technology architecture, AI-enabled workflows, contract lifecycle management, process optimization, metrics, vendor management, change management, and budgeting. Builds scalable contracting infrastructure, improves self-service and legal intake, reduces outside counsel reliance, partners with IT and enterprise teams on technology delivery, and manages legal operations staff while supporting commercial and procurement contracting.

The Director leads the upstream commercial strategy for Telix's PSMA imaging portfolio, focusing on market evolution and lifecycle management. They oversee cross-functional alignment, competitive intelligence, and the execution of high-impact initiatives while ensuring that commercial strategies support product development and market access needs.
