Provide sophisticated estate and tax planning and administration for ultra-high-net-worth clients, designing advanced trusts and foundations, advising on estate, gift and GST tax strategy, overseeing probate and fiduciary compliance, coordinating with family offices and advisors, and counseling on business succession and multigenerational wealth structures.

The role involves advising on executive compensation and employee benefits for complex transactions, including M&A and IPOs, with significant client exposure.

Work directly with senior partners on M&A deals ($50M–$1B+), joint ventures, investment management and fund transactions, fintech/crypto and cyber/privacy deal issues, and tax-integrated deal structuring. Lead diligence workstreams, draft and negotiate acquisition agreements, manage deal timelines, and apply AI tools to increase productivity and deal quality.
