Own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a campaign management platform supporting programmatic direct mail and CTV. Lead platform capabilities including campaign data, permissions, audience workflows, configuration, APIs, and integrations. Translate operational needs into product requirements, improve adoption, measure workflow performance, and identify automation and AI opportunities. Partner with engineering, operations, sales, technical account management, brand partnerships, and executives to deliver scalable, user-friendly workflows.
