Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications for work order management, scheduling, dispatch, discovery, service mapping, and CMDB operations. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical SMEs, configure event rules, integrate ServiceNow services through REST APIs, manage MID servers, create custom discovery patterns, prevent duplicate configuration items, and configure identification rules and multi-tier service discovery across environments.

Develop and implement AI-driven applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform. Gather requirements, configure and customize ServiceNow modules, integrate machine learning and NLP capabilities, develop scripts, manage CMDB and service mapping work, test solutions, troubleshoot incidents, and support deployments across environments. The role also involves stakeholder collaboration, documentation, production remediation, and applying ServiceNow AI features such as Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Performance Analytics.

Develop ServiceNow customer applications for work order management, scheduling, and dispatch. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical SMEs, enhance event rules and CMDB binding, configure Discovery and Service Mapping, manage MID servers, build integrations using REST APIs, prevent duplicate CIs, and migrate and configure custom discovery and application patterns across environments.

The Forward Deployed AI Engineer will deploy AI solutions, work with clients on integration, and build prototypes while contributing to platform development.
