Build BI dashboards, pricing and margin models, rules-based scoring frameworks, and operational analytics. Partner with engineering on data pipelines and database performance, support business decisions with statistical analysis, and document methodologies for cross-functional teams.

Own a portfolio of enterprise law firm clients, analyzing account performance, satisfaction, pricing, coverage, and outcomes. Lead business reviews, manage escalations, identify expansion opportunities, and onboard new clients through EDI and API integrations. Use dashboards, BI tools, and AI to identify risks and trends, communicate insights, and improve client outcomes. The role is full-time and in-office in Longmont, Colorado, with infrequent travel.
