Own and evolve Roo's frontend platform and design system: build shared UI architecture, developer tooling, AI-assisted workflows, and migration tooling. Partner with Product and Design, lead framework and React Native modernization, improve developer experience, and remove platform friction so teams and AI agents can ship faster.

Design, build, and maintain full-stack features for Roo's veterinary marketplace. Collaborate cross-functionally, write clean TypeScript/JavaScript code, own testing with Jest and Cypress, resolve production issues, and support CI/CD and platform reliability. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.

Build and lead Roo’s first Revenue Operations function: own HubSpot and GTM systems, create operating model and SLAs, drive forecasting, pipeline hygiene, capacity planning, and conversion optimization, partner with Sales/Marketing/CS/Finance/Data, apply AI to reduce toil, and hire and mentor a small Rev Ops team.

Provide first-line support to veterinarians, hospitals, and technicians via email, LiveChat, and phone. Troubleshoot issues, document tickets in HubSpot, coordinate escalations with BD/AMs and other teams, assist with call-outs and payment reconciliation, and help improve support processes and documentation.
