Build client relationships, review delivery metrics, resolve service issues, audit reports, onboard and train drivers to SOPs, plan route coverage, troubleshoot eCMobile issues, handle driver pay activities and negotiations, and monitor gross margin and contractual compliance to ensure timely service.
