Manage and optimize large-scale Ubuntu and RHEL servers, perform upgrades, patching, performance tuning, security hardening, backups and disaster recovery. Maintain configuration management and deployment pipelines (Ansible/Puppet/Terraform), monitor system health, troubleshoot OS/hardware/network issues, collaborate with DevOps/Cloud teams for provisioning, and produce documentation, SOPs, and audit reports.

The Product Owner will manage the Marketplace platform, ensuring catalogue accuracy, pricing control, and process implementation to improve customer experience and order flow.
