Drive new business growth for retirement plan administration and consulting services across an assigned territory. Build relationships with financial advisors, recordkeepers, CPAs, plan sponsors, and other industry partners; develop sales pipelines; deliver consultative education on retirement plan design and compliance; coordinate events; forecast opportunities in HubSpot; and collaborate with actuarial, relationship management, operations, and national sales teams.

Process retirement plan loans and distributions accurately and within 24–48-hour targets. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, assisting participants, approving online requests, running reports, entering data, researching issues, maintaining records across PensionPro, FT William, and recordkeepers, and coordinating with vendors to ensure compliant processing and strong customer service.

Manages a portfolio of 75–100 retirement plan clients receiving 3(16) fiduciary services. Responsibilities include monitoring contributions, delivering participant notices, maintaining plan documentation, supporting compliance and audits, coordinating transitions and plan updates, and leading governance meetings. The role serves as the primary client contact, partners with internal teams, responds to inquiries, and ensures fiduciary activities are completed accurately and in compliance with ERISA requirements.

Leads the Loans and Distributions team, overseeing retirement plan loan and distribution processing, workload allocation, quality, compliance, escalations, recordkeeper relationships, and service-level performance. Reviews complex transactions, develops procedures and controls, supports process improvements, monitors regulatory changes, and coaches team members. The role also provides hands-on transaction and client support during high-volume periods while collaborating with internal stakeholders and supporting fiduciary responsibilities.

Perform actuarial valuations, compliance testing, PBGC filings, government reporting, benefit calculations, AFTAP, and Schedule B for defined benefit, cash balance, and 401(k) plans. Advise clients on plan design, contribution structures, legislative requirements, nondiscrimination testing, and legal plan documents. Provide actuarial and administration support while collaborating with clients and internal actuaries.

Reviews defined contribution retirement plan valuations, administration, compliance testing, calculations, plan documents, regulatory filings, and client communications. Researches ERISA, IRS, and DOL requirements; manages a small client portfolio; supports plan administrators and actuaries; provides technical guidance, mentoring, and training; monitors regulatory changes; and helps ensure accurate, timely, compliant retirement plan administration.

Leads a team of Retirement Onboarding Specialists and oversees end-to-end onboarding for qualified retirement plan clients. Responsibilities include reviewing plan documents, coordinating with recordkeepers, managing deadlines and caseloads, handling escalations, advising on plan design, ensuring ERISA and IRS compliance, developing team members, maintaining procedures and quality controls, and improving onboarding workflows and systems.

Drive new business development and strategic partnerships across the South Central United States. Build relationships with financial advisors, RIAs, broker-dealers, recordkeepers, CPAs, ERISA attorneys, and consultants; sell retirement plan services including TPA, 3(16) fiduciary, and PEP solutions; provide consultative guidance; manage the sales pipeline; forecast results; and collaborate with internal teams to tailor client solutions.

Leads operational improvement initiatives across third-party administrator operations, including technology evaluations, compliance-system migrations, census data quality, straight-through processing, technology adoption, training, and workflow optimization. Partners with Product, Technology, Transformation, CRM, and Administration teams to prioritize and execute a roadmap of initiatives, represent operational needs in product development, and measure adoption and efficiency outcomes.

Manage a portfolio of 401(k) plans, perform compliance testing and deliver recommendations on plan design while ensuring operational compliance with ERISA regulations.
