Lead and supervise BCT staff supporting Head Start/Early Head Start grants. Manage full grant lifecycle: application review, awards, budgets, monitoring, site visits, risk identification, compliance, and reporting. Serve as primary liaison to the Regional Office and COR, maintain electronic grant files, implement systems/workflows, and support program improvement and accountability.

Support Head Start grant recipients by performing data validation, cleansing, metadata and records management, and quality assurance. Run basic SQL queries, maintain documentation and document repositories, produce reports using Excel and Smartsheet, resolve data discrepancies, monitor data quality metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve data governance, compliance, and operational workflows.
