Act as the technical lead embedded with enterprise customers to design and build custom solutions on the Neara platform. Develop features using the Neara SDK, Typescript/Javascript, and platform APIs; create visualizations, integrations, and automation; run workshops and trainings; and align platform configuration and data integrations with customer needs to drive value and product feedback.

Work directly with high-value customers to drive adoption and measurable ROI of the Neara platform by embedding solutions, defining business cases, delivering training/workshops, ensuring contractual delivery, and identifying expansion opportunities while collaborating with Sales and Deployment teams.

Lead and mentor a team to manage high-stakes customer implementations, ensuring strategic focus, value delivery, and effective navigation of enterprise environments.
