Manage digital and retail media campaigns and product feed operations for enterprise clients. Responsibilities include campaign setup, performance monitoring, feed optimization, reporting, troubleshooting, client insights, stakeholder coordination, and KPI tracking across advertising platforms. The role also develops and validates AI-assisted workflows for campaign setup, feed management, and reporting while ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.

Manage enterprise client accounts and lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of digital and retail media campaigns. Develop media strategies, manage bids and budgets, analyze performance, advise clients, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with client success, technical account, and product teams. The role requires hands-on experience with major advertising platforms, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to apply AI to improve campaign efficiency.

Serve as a senior presales technical advisor to sales, leading discovery, demos, proofs-of-concept, and executive-level business cases. Drive revenue by translating technical capabilities into ROI-focused value propositions, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and ensure smooth handoffs to services and product teams.

Provide in-house legal counsel across the Americas on commercial contracts (SaaS, licensing), employment matters, corporate governance, privacy, compliance, and AI governance. Negotiate agreements, support HR and cross-functional stakeholders, implement legal operations and AI-enabled workflows, coordinate external counsel, and contribute to process and policy development to manage enterprise risk and support growth.

Administer and optimize Salesforce, Gainsight, and Pendo for Brands and Retailers services. Maintain integrations and data consistency, configure AI capabilities, troubleshoot platform and data issues, build scalable automations, and support Services teams to improve adoption and operational efficiency.
