Generate and qualify business development opportunities with pharma, biotech, and CRO accounts through outbound prospecting, discovery calls, inbound follow-up, and event engagement. Manage leads and pipeline in Salesforce, map buying groups, support long sales cycles, and partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging and advance opportunities. The role is remote with meaningful customer-facing engagement and requires knowledge of clinical development and life sciences technology purchasing.

Owns enterprise customer implementation programs from kickoff through go-live and ongoing relationship management. Responsibilities include managing delivery plans, dependencies, risks, and RAID logs; coordinating engineering, testing, product, and project teams; communicating with senior customers; managing product and release risks; supporting QBRs; and improving delivery processes. Requires SaaS implementation experience in regulated industries, technical literacy, AI tooling experience, and comfort working with evolving products.
