Own strategic SaaS client relationships from onboarding through renewal, driving retention, adoption, value realization, and expansion. Lead executive business reviews, uncover client needs, manage contracts and customer projects, translate business requirements into technical solutions, mitigate risks, provide training, and coordinate issue resolution. The role requires strong analytical, communication, project-management, and relationship-building skills, plus experience in CPG foodservice or food-away-from-home manufacturing. Trade promotion and ERP, TPM, or BI experience are preferred.

Supports client analytics and business-systems engagements by preparing, validating, mapping, and analyzing data; configuring and testing ERP systems; creating Tableau visualizations and reports; documenting processes; supporting data integration; and communicating with stakeholders. The role works under Lead Analyst guidance while developing ERP, consulting, and account-facing expertise.
