Leads global data center colocation infrastructure projects from feasibility and design through procurement, fit-out, commissioning, and handover. Designs colocation white space and develops statements of work, coordinates vendors during implementation, and manages space, power, cooling, and critical-infrastructure delivery. The role requires independent judgment, complex problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and strong understanding of data center infrastructure.

Requires extensive OSP engineering and hands-on fiber splicing experience, advanced OTDR analysis, GIS proficiency, and familiarity with live telecom or data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities include advanced Layer 1–3 troubleshooting, routing and switching support, incident escalation, network monitoring, performance optimization, documentation, automation, capacity planning, hardware replacement coordination, and SLA adherence. The engineer serves as the primary escalation point for Tier 1 teams and collaborates with engineering and facilities groups during critical incidents and maintenance activities.

Operate and troubleshoot globally distributed data center networks, including routing, switching, circuits, hardware, and Layer 1–3 issues. Serve as the Tier 2 escalation point, manage critical incidents, support monitoring and optimization, document changes, and coordinate with facilities, vendors, and engineering teams. Contribute to automation, dashboards, capacity planning, process improvements, asset management, and SLA adherence.

Operates and troubleshoots globally distributed data center networks, resolving complex Layer 1–3 routing, switching, transport, and hardware issues. Installs, configures, maintains, and upgrades global network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN endpoints, datacenter, backbone, and CDN environments. Requires deep Cisco, Juniper, and Arista expertise, ERPS/MSTP mastery, Python/Ansible automation, and 10+ years of experience.

Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN endpoints, servers, and CDN systems. Performs network upgrades, resolves outages and hardware or software issues, manages ISP and vendor relationships, handles traffic inquiries, and supports global production and corporate network environments. The role requires knowledge of routing, switching, server operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, virtualization, wireless controllers, firewalls, CDN infrastructure, and internet peering.

Manage commercial and delivery aspects of multiple AV projects: budgets, schedules, resource allocation, vendor management, documentation, testing, training, and client communication to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and contract compliance.
