Lead the technical side of enterprise sales cycles, presenting and demonstrating Alkira’s networking platform, responding to technical requirements, running proof-of-concepts, and supporting customer network design and deployment. Partner with Account Managers and Product Management, troubleshoot routing, security, and cloud issues, and provide customer-driven product feedback. The role requires deep networking expertise, enterprise and hybrid-cloud design experience, strong communication, and approximately 25% travel.

Lead customer-facing network and cloud solution architecture from technical evaluation through deployment, adoption, and expansion. Design and deploy Alkira-based hybrid and public cloud solutions, develop Terraform and API automation, conduct technical workshops, troubleshoot customer environments, and collaborate with Engineering and Product Management on feature requirements. Own technical outcomes for strategic enterprise accounts while shaping architecture best practices and reference designs.

Lead the technical aspects of enterprise sales opportunities from initial discovery through proof of concept and close. Present and demo Alkira’s networking platform, understand customer requirements, respond to RFPs, design solutions, troubleshoot networking and cloud environments, and guide deployments. Partner with Account Managers and Product Management to influence product strategy and deliver customer-requested features. The role requires deep enterprise networking, security, cloud connectivity, and customer-facing pre-sales expertise.

Owns expansion and modernization across complex enterprise accounts by developing account strategies, creating demand, leading consultative discovery, shaping technology solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and closing opportunities. Coordinates cross-functional pursuit teams, manages forecasts and CRM records, builds executive relationships, develops business cases, and uses AI-enabled sales tools to improve opportunity management. Requires strong expertise in enterprise technology sales, customer business drivers, and multi-stakeholder negotiations.

Owns expansion and modernization across complex enterprise accounts by developing account strategies, identifying opportunities, leading consultative discovery, shaping technology solutions and business cases, negotiating commercial terms, and closing sales. Coordinates cross-functional pursuit teams, manages executive relationships, forecasts pipeline, maintains CRM discipline, and uses AI-enabled tools to improve sales execution. Requires strong expertise in enterprise technology sales, business-case development, stakeholder management, and commercial negotiations.

Own Alkira’s global platform infrastructure, including Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD systems, shared databases and storage, service lifecycle, disaster recovery, Terraform modules, observability, and production tooling in Go or Python. Drive architectural decisions, cost reduction, reliability, security, and multi-team platform adoption while mentoring engineers and participating in on-call support.

Design and build shared backend services, APIs, distributed primitives, and developer tooling used by engineering teams. Own complex platform capabilities from architecture through production support, troubleshoot Linux-based environments, improve scalability and reliability, and participate in on-call rotations. Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance while developing cloud-native microservices with Golang, gRPC, and Protobuf.

Own full sales cycle for enterprise NIaaS deals in the Denver region: prospect, map decision makers, demo platform, guide trials, and close complex, long-cycle deals. Meet regional revenue targets while coordinating engineering, product, marketing, finance, and executives to win business and provide feedback to optimize processes and strategy.

Embed with strategic customers to architect, build, and deploy Alkira-based cloud and hybrid network solutions. Lead technical evaluations, run workshops, develop automation (Terraform, APIs, scripting), troubleshoot, and drive adoption and product feedback across Sales, Engineering, and Product.

Partner with sales to demo Alkira's SaaS networking platform, lead POCs, design and troubleshoot large-scale enterprise and hybrid/multi-cloud networks, and translate customer requirements into product feedback and deployment best practices.
