Senior trial attorney responsible for independently managing high-exposure litigation, developing case themes, handling court appearances, depositions, briefs and trials, mentoring junior attorneys, managing discovery and client communications, and cultivating client relationships.

Provide litigation support to attorneys: draft and e-file pleadings, manage dockets and calendars, schedule depositions/hearings, coordinate travel, assist with trial preparation, and maintain document organization and client/court communications.

The Associate Attorney will develop case strategies, manage court appearances, communicate with clients, and mentor junior attorneys while focusing on insurance defense and trial advocacy.
