Serve as the primary on-site contact for dental providers: onboard and educate offices on benefits, policies, and technology; promote electronic claims; analyze provider cost reports; recruit and expand network participation; resolve escalated claims and issues; conduct on-site reviews, presentations, and community events; maintain reports and support provider offices. Role requires local travel and relationship-building with dental offices.
