Manage operational aspects of multi-state fiber networks including NOC coordination, outage response, scheduled maintenance, MOP/RFO/RCA preparation, customer escalations, on-call coverage, process improvement, and periodic network risk assessments.

The Finance Associate will support budgeting, forecasting, management and lender reporting, financial modeling for M&A and capital planning, treasury and covenant compliance, and metrics tracking for a fiber business. The role partners with accounting, treasury, operations, and subsidiaries to build scalable finance processes and reporting, providing analysis and presentation to leadership, lenders, and the board.

Produce operational and financial reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting to support executive and Board decisions. Validate network metrics, track costs and recoveries, maintain CRM data governance, and translate operational throughput into actionable financial insights.

Lead accounting and financial integrations for acquisitions, manage purchase accounting (ASC 805), support ERP and financial system integrations (NetSuite preferred), improve processes and consolidations, and support month-end close and audits while traveling to acquired sites.

Lead day-to-day treasury operations including cash management, liquidity forecasting, bank account administration, treasury controls, and debt compliance reporting. Maintain banking relationships, monitor interest-rate exposure, support financing and capital markets activity, and build scalable treasury processes while partnering with accounting, FP&A, and subsidiary finance teams.

Lead and grow an operations team to deliver complex OSP fiber projects end-to-end: vendor selection, permitting, engineering, construction oversight, budgeting, client communications, invoice validation, and process improvements to accelerate delivery and reduce costs.

Serve as the technical bridge in pre-sales for fiber infrastructure: design custom network solutions, support sales with technical discovery and proposals, validate feasibility with engineering and operations, present to clients and executives, and improve solution patterns and documentation to align with pricing, margins, and delivery timelines.

Lead corporate operational risk, insurance, and HR compliance for a multi-entity fiber infrastructure company. Develop safety and EMOD-reduction strategies, manage claims and insurance programs, design HR policy and benefits governance, ensure regulatory filings and wage/hour compliance, oversee subsidiary audits, and report consolidated metrics to the Board. Partner with executives and field leaders to implement compliant, risk-mitigating programs across subsidiaries.
