Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customers before, during, and after onsite vaccination clinics. Build and maintain strong client relationships, educate customers on processes, coordinate internally across teams, monitor account metrics, conduct regular check-ins, advocate for customer needs, and maintain accurate CRM records to ensure successful clinics and high retention.
