Own the product strategy and roadmap for Chainguard’s Console and public Directory experiences. Lead onboarding, activation, developer-led growth, subscriptions, account management, and cross-product workflows. Partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Product leaders to improve user journeys, drive adoption and conversion, establish scalable platform patterns, and balance short-term growth with long-term investments.

Build and operate the internal Developer Platform: improve monorepo CI/CD, scale agentic AI platform (observability, RAG, context engineering), consolidate build systems, automate developer toil, and drive DORA-aligned delivery across teams through design, code reviews, and platform roadmaps.

Lead architecture and implementation of Chainguard Repository: design, build, and operate high-availability backend services in Go that serve package registries and APIs; improve scalability, reliability, observability, and load testing; drive technical decisions, collaborate across teams, and mentor engineers.

Manage and grow Chainguard's international IP portfolio, lead enforcement actions, advise engineering and product teams on open source licensing and product terms, draft and review terms of service and partner agreements, and build scalable IP processes and templates as the function expands.

The Senior Customer Success Manager will lead customer onboarding and advocate for customer needs, ensuring successful engagement and adoption of the product.

Manage the AMER Technical Support Engineering team owning L2/L3 escalation operations, ticket routing, and handoff quality. Coach and develop engineers, run escalation retrospectives, track escalation health metrics, and partner with engineering on tooling and LLM-assisted automation to improve resolution times and product feedback loops.
