Lead an Internal Developer Platform team to build golden-path platform capabilities, CI/CD, GitOps, and infrastructure automation. Drive platform reliability, SLOs, observability, and operational excellence while managing senior and principal engineers, aligning technical strategy, and partnering cross-functionally to improve developer productivity.
