Supports the CEO as a strategic thought partner by managing calendars, meeting preparation, communications, travel, expenses, priorities, and confidential personal logistics. Provides administrative and calendar support to the VP of People and helps operate the New York City office, including procedures, events, amenities, and employee engagement initiatives. Requires strong organization, judgment, discretion, communication, adaptability, and the ability to work onsite in New York City and travel to Connecticut weekly.

Administer and improve financial systems including NetSuite, Ramp, and Pigment; manage configurations, users, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations using Workato. Support Accounting, Finance, and Legal teams across close, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and reporting processes. Troubleshoot data and synchronization issues, maintain data integrity and governance, support testing and releases, document solutions, train users, and identify automation and process improvements.

Own Chainguard’s technology integrations program from partner intake through launch and ongoing lifecycle. Define integration standards, manage the roadmap, prioritize work, coordinate partner engineering, Product, Solutions Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and field teams, and track portfolio health. Serve as the primary integration-side partner contact, drive timelines and accountability, and translate partner requirements into product priorities.

Supports global sales teams throughout the quote-to-signature lifecycle, including quote creation, pricing approvals, order form generation, contract workflows, and Salesforce opportunity closure. Manages CPQ and CLM systems, maintains data integrity, resolves deal blockers, and provides pricing and analytical support. Documents processes and collaborates with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to improve deal execution, compliance, and scalability.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development through closing complex deals. Manage enterprise accounts, lead discovery and qualification using MEDDPICC or similar frameworks, communicate value to technical and executive stakeholders, support technical evaluations with Sales Engineering and Customer Engineering, navigate procurement and security reviews, negotiate contracts, maintain accurate forecasts, and achieve revenue and pipeline targets.

Own cross-functional program management across Chainguard’s security organization, coordinating workflows, dependencies, priorities, and execution across Product Security, Cyber Resiliency, and Governance & Trust. Build dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility into security risk, exposure, and program health. Establish lightweight processes, communicate trade-offs, and partner with product, engineering, legal, finance, sales, and marketing. Over time, expand program and operating-process improvements across the company.

Own global tax compliance and treasury operations, including tax filings, provisions, indirect taxes, audits, transfer pricing, banking relationships, cash forecasting, liquidity, FX risk, and treasury policies. Advise cross-functional teams on tax implications, monitor regulatory changes, and build scalable processes, controls, and infrastructure as the company expands internationally.

Own and advance Chainguard’s internal Developer Platform, including monorepo CI/CD, shared build infrastructure, and Agentic AI tooling. Improve developer experience, build reliability, change throughput, observability, and secure software delivery. Design scalable platform architecture, consolidate build systems, establish standardized delivery blueprints, automate developer toil, partner with engineering teams, and mentor engineers while contributing to technical direction and DORA-aligned outcomes.

Generate qualified enterprise pipeline through personalized outbound outreach to engineering, DevOps, and security leaders. Partner with enterprise account executives on account mapping, messaging, qualification, and deal progression. Research technical infrastructure and security priorities, lead meaningful early conversations, use Salesforce and sales engagement tools, test outreach strategies, and share market feedback with marketing and product. The role emphasizes pipeline quality, technical credibility, stakeholder engagement, and achievement of outbound targets.

Lead design and implementation of the Libraries Platform: services, pipelines, and package index to build, verify, and serve secure reproducible libraries. Automate artifact creation, CVE remediation, SBOM/provenance generation, AI-assisted patching, and operate registry/mirroring, CI/CD integrations, reliability, observability, and incident response while mentoring engineers.
